  1. Hi Arun,
Pardon the Running 101 question, but what do you do for water when you’re running 7-10 miles? Do you somehow carry a water bottle with you, run on paths where drinking fountains are available, or can you nowadays run that long without needing to drink anything?
    Thanks,
    Glen

  2. For a 7 mile run, I always go without water and I’ve been doing that for a few years now. I’ve done 10 milers as well without water. But anything more than that, I typically carry a waist packs that can carry water bottle, some bars, car keys etc. REI (http://www.rei.com/online/store/Search?storeId=8000&query=*&cat=4500631&vcat=REI_SEARCH:C) has a good variety of those.
BTW, I’ve done a 15-miler without water as well :) Happy & safe running!
