Netflix Phone Number

Filed under: general — arungupta @ 12:30 pm

I find it weird that Netflix do not have their phone number listed on website in case you want to talk with an actual human being. I finally found it here after Googling. The number is listed below for convenience:

1-888-638-3549 or 1-888-NET-FLIX, Mon-Fri, 6am – 7pm PT

This number was posted a year ago and there are lots of readers who have complained with their number not listed. I’m thinking of switching to BlockBuster Total Access because of the additional convenience to exchange in store.

  1. I have also experienced problems with locating a telephone number for Netflix on their website due to problems with logging in as I frequently have difficulty with remembering my ID and/or password. I, too, may drop Netlix and go to Blockbuster.

    Thank you.

  3. We have been having problems with getting into Netflix. A movie has been returned to you recently, which you received and another one is to arrive here today. Our account is up to date as we know you are charging our credit card account. Could you please get this straightened out? I have enjoyed your service for sometime now and would hate to not be a member any more.
    Thanks.

Anything we have done recently requires a new password which isn’t right as you already have one for us. Perhaps you could send it to us again? In other words, what’s going on?
Thanks for your input and correction.

  4. I just became a member of Netflix(about an hour ago)and now I can’t even access their website! The site still has me logged in, but it’s frozen or something. Nothing happens when I click on anything and I can’t even log out!

  6. Netflix isn’t the only company who isn’t posting their number. I have found trouble with several other companies and found a site that helps with this problem. CompanyDigits.com lists phone numbers, fax numbers, and websites for most any company I’ve needed to find. Hope this helps someone else as they helped me.

  7. What amazes me is that I never went to the site and was charged. When I went to the site to find a number to correct this, there was no number to find *visably.*

Companies that depend only on email and website as a way to do business tend to make me think that they are up to no good.

There should always be a number and a visable street address for someone to address their concerns immediately. Not just an email.

  11. I wanted to thank you for the phone number information. They charged my account for movies that were returned and I have not been able to reach them. Thanks to you giving the number, this will be taken care of.

  12. Thanks for posting Netflix phone number. I attempted to suspend my account as the website gave this option to avoid canceling. I was needing to trim my budget but was billed anyway. That is when I attempted to find a phone number for Netflix. I’m sure it keeps their cost down not having a call center or even an email responce center but they have lost me as a customer. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I’m guessing that lost customers don’t show up on there spread sheets.

  13. Haven’t been able to find their phone number for months. They don’t list it on their website…on purpose…and when I finally got ahold of them by phone (after much research) they refused to give me back $ for months when I could not log in or get movies. Very rude customer service. Finally I just cancelled this stupid service!! Just a scam!! Thanks for the number!!

  15. I too have looked everywhere for a telephone number for Netflix. I have been a customer for two years and suddenly I have been asked for a password which I do not have. Thanks for giving me the phone number where I can talk to somebody about what is happening.

  20. I have now tried both blockbuster and netflix online movie rentals. Sadly, blockbusters dvds are more scratched than netflix and even thoughs are awful.
DVDs are just bad news. I miss VHS.

  21. The phone number is on the site and has been the entire time. Ive been a member for 2 years and have had absolutely no problems, aside from the USPS breaking discs in route from the site, and when that has happened I report it and have a new disc sent the next day. I receive new releases every Wednesday and Netflix has movies Blockbuster would never touch, which is why I ditched BB. You people are just fucking idiots.
